"It’s such a huge relief to know that the future is going to be ok. In fact, it’s going to be amazing."

Tomasia knew they were doing well but wanted more than ‘just enough.’ With the right support, she found peace of mind and a plan for a comfortable retirement where they didn’t have to sacrifice.

Tomasia and her husband Cisco live in Melbourne’s north with their three kids. Family is everything to them, they travel often and live a full, active lifestyle. With their own home and one investment property under their belt, they were in a comfortable position. But they didn’t want to go from two good wages now to a retirement where they’d have to count every dollar.

They knew they had more potential but not enough time to do all the research, comparisons, and admin themselves. When they came across us, they realised they didn’t need to go it alone. They’d found a team who could not only advise them but also do all the heavy lifting.

When they bought their first property with us in 2020, they were surprised at how effortless it felt. We handled the finance, sourcing, build management, and tenanting keeping them informed at every stage through a dedicated point of contact.

Just a year later, they came back to do it all again. The process was smooth, and the results spoke for themselves. What stood out most for Tomasia was how little they had to change in their day-to-day life. Their investment strategy felt achievable right from the start and it hasn’t slowed them down.

She’s now proudly bringing her sons along for the journey showing them progress photos, discussing rental returns, and talking about future opportunities. One son has already bought his first property, and she’s confident the others will follow.

Tomasia says the key is starting. “Our kids see what we’re doing. When we send them progressive photo’s of the builds, they are so proud.” For Tomasia, property isn’t just about wealth, it’s about showing her kids what’s possible, and creating a legacy they can build on.

"The media makes it feel uncertain, but once you take that first step and have experts in your corner, it all starts to fall into place."

Tomasia stopped letting headlines hold her back and started building a future with clarity, confidence, and expert support.

The best advice Tomasia can give is to start now. She acknowledges it’s easy to get ‘analysis paralysis’ because of constantly changing messages on the news and media but believes that once you’ve taken the first step, the rest falls into place. She says partner up with industry experts that can do the work for you, can help you plan and mitigate risk and can manage the process for you end to end.
