their 20s, the couple invested much of their savings into building this successful business from the ground up.
They live a cosmopolitan lifestyle, renting in South Melbourne and love the buzz and activity of the inner city. They knew they wanted to stay in this area but weren’t able to buy their dream home quite yet. While they shared a healthy relationship with money, were good savers and understood the power of investment, they just weren’t quite sure where they should start.

Matt has been familiar with us for a number of years however it was when he read Cam McLellan’s book My Four Year Old The Property Investor that he truly decided to engage and explore the OpenCorp model.
The idea of RentVesting, mentioned in My Four-Year-Old The Property Investor, fitted their individual needs perfectly as it allowed them to live in the area they loved while exploring different investment opportunities.
They purchased their first investment property in 2021, which achieved growth way beyond their expectations. They have recently purchased two more properties in Perth.

Both Matt and Christie are very career focussed and lead busy lives. They liked the fact that we managed a lot of the legwork and helped to simplify the process for them. In their early 30’s, Matt and Christie are expecting their first child and are clearly loving where they’re at. By 40 they plan to buy their own dream home. In 10 years hope to be in a position to replace one of their wages with a passive income stream. With three properties purchased in three years they are proud of how far they’ve come and continue looking at diversifying their portfolio and securing the future life of their dreams.
