Marc had always been a self-directed investor. For 25 years, he managed his own super fund, until the GFC hit and wiped out nearly half of it. 

“After losing 45% of my retirement savings, I knew I couldn’t afford to sit still. I had to find a better way.” 

That search led him to My Four-Year-Old the Property Investor, our bestselling book. The strategy made sense, simple, structured, and based on logic rather than speculation. 

Marc was visiting Melbourne and reached out to meet in person. That meeting turned into a breakfast that lasted until lunchtime. By the end of it, he’d signed contracts to build two houses. 

From that point on, he never looked back.
