*First-Time Referrer Double Referral Bonus – Terms & Conditions

The First-Time Referrer Double Referral Bonus (“Offer”) runs from 9 September 2026 to 28 February 2027 inclusive, subject to the specific referral and qualification deadlines set out below. 

Eligible first-time referrers may receive a $6,000 referral bonus instead of the standard $3,000 referral bonus for their first qualifying successful referral, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, the referring party must:

• Be an OpenCorp client;

• Have never previously received an OpenCorp referral payment; and

• Have a qualifying referral that satisfies the contract, unconditional, payment and settlement requirements outlined below.

A client may still qualify as a first-time referrer where they have previously submitted one or more referrals, provided none of those referrals have resulted in a sale proceeding to settlement and the client has never previously received an OpenCorp referral payment. 

Couples and partners

Where two OpenCorp clients have purchased a property together through OpenCorp, as recorded in Salesforce, they will be treated as one referring party for the purpose of this offer. 

The referral and payment history of either person may be considered when determining first-time referrer eligibility. Accordingly, a couple or joint client relationship cannot separately claim two first-time referral bonuses by submitting referrals under different individual names. 

Qualifying referrals and campaign deadlines

The Offer may apply to:

• New referrals submitted to OpenCorp during the Offer Period; and

• Existing referral leads provided before the Offer Period, provided the referred client has not already reached unconditional status on a qualifying property purchase.

To qualify for the $6,000 referral bonus:

• The referred client must sign a qualifying property contract on or before 18 December 2026;

• The qualifying property contract must reach unconditional status on or before 28 February 2027; and

• All payments required in connection with the qualifying property purchase must be made in full by their applicable due dates. 

Multiple referrals

The Offer applies to one qualifying successful referral only for each eligible first-time referring party.

Where an eligible first-time referrer has more than one referral progressing, the $6,000 referral bonus will apply to the first referred client to both sign a qualifying property contract before 18 December 2026 and subsequently reach unconditional status on or before 28 February 2027.

Any subsequent successful referrals will be subject to OpenCorp’s standard client referral terms and the referral bonus applicable at that time.

Referral bonus payment

The $6,000 represents the total referral bonus payable for the qualifying referral and replaces, rather than being additional to, the standard $3,000 referral bonus.

The referral will qualify for the offer where the referred client reaches unconditional status on or before 28 February 2027 and satisfies all other eligibility requirements. The $6,000 referral bonus will only become payable following settlement of the qualifying property purchase. 

The $6,000 referral bonus will be paid the month following settlement of the qualifying property purchase, provided all Offer requirements have been satisfied and all required payments have been made by their applicable due dates.

No referral bonus will be paid where the qualifying property purchase does not proceed to settlement.

Client, referral partner and staff arrangements

This Offer is available to eligible OpenCorp clients and is subject to OpenCorp’s standard client referral terms and conditions, except where expressly varied by these Offer Terms & Conditions.

Where an OpenCorp client is also an OpenCorp referral partner, the client referral terms and these Offer Terms & Conditions will take precedence for referrals made under this Offer.

OpenCorp staff members are not eligible for this Offer. Where an individual is an OpenCorp staff member, the applicable staff referral agreement or arrangement takes precedence, including where that individual is also an OpenCorp client or referral partner.

Referral partners who are not OpenCorp clients remain subject to their applicable referral partner arrangements and are not eligible for this Offer.

Referral attribution and exclusions

Referrals must represent a genuine introduction and meet OpenCorp’s standard criteria for a successful client referral.

Duplicate referrals are not eligible for multiple bonuses. Where more than one person claims the same referred client, attribution will be determined by OpenCorp based on its records, including the timing and source of the introduction.

The Offer cannot be combined with another promotional referral bonus or incentive in respect of the same referral unless expressly stated otherwise by OpenCorp.

OpenCorp may withhold the referral bonus where a referral is fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, incorrectly attributed or otherwise does not meet these Terms & Conditions or OpenCorp’s applicable client referral terms and conditions.

OpenCorp may amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any such change will not affect a referral that has already satisfied the eligibility requirements of the Offer before the effective date of that change.
