Maintenance FAQs

What’s considered an urgent repair?

Anything that affects safety, causes serious damage, or interrupts essential services – such as gas leaks, no power, or burst pipes.

Log your issue via Maintenance App. If it’s urgent, the App will give you after-hours instructions and direct trade contact info – no need to call us.

We’ll review it, assign a licensed tradesperson, and keep you informed throughout the process.

For urgent repairs, yes. For general maintenance, you can give permission for trades to enter if you’re unavailable.

Some basic upkeep (like replacing lightbulbs or smoke alarm batteries) is the renter’s responsibility. Our Maintenance App will help clarify.
