It's like finally someone gets me. Finally, someone understands what we're trying to do and they understand that we want to do it fast. Yes, it's a 10-year plan but you know during those 10 years we're going to at least see one of us achieve our goal of being out of the workplace.
“We’ve been with OpenCorp not even 12 months and we got our second property with them. That's not even finished and we're already on to our third.
Priscilla was interested in property investing but with full-time work and everything else that’s required she didn’t have the time or energy to figure out where to invest.
“I don't have the time or the energy to work full time plus spend my whole weekends looking at where to invest. You know trying to work out the next big thing. How do you work out whether investing in a certain location in Australia is actually the right location"
You know regions are great but they don't have the same growth. Cities are great but it costs a lot to get into. So it was all that kind of stuff that I was trying to juggle and look at all these investment reports and trying to figure out myself and I just couldn't do it.”
Then Priscilla met James from OpenCorp and everything changed.
“James was fantastic. He just let you understand the business. You have your goals and we can help you achieve those goals. That was where the light bulb moment really happened.

Priscilla and Matt are now on their way to a 3rd property even though they have only been with OpenCorp for less than 12 months. And there’s more to come.

We know that the property that we've invested in, in Melbourne it's already got the growth that we need and once we get the turnkey we'll be going again.”
