One thing is for sure, Talar and Michael don’t want to be working into their 60s. Talar, a physiotherapist and Michael, an electrician, share the same dream, early retirement, and financial security for themselves and their four children. They have a goal of achieving around $150,000 passive household income and would like to be in a position to help set their kids up as well.

They already had their own home and an investment property, but they knew if they were to achieve their long-term goals, they needed to get more creative with their investing and develop a strategy that would help them achieve their goals.

Their kids have watched the family’s growing property portfolio with interest and are all learning about investing. While they are still very young, some of them have even started planning their own future investments.
